Norcross Porchfest Performer Terms & Conditions

Event Overview:

Norcross Porchfest, Inc. (“Porchfest”) is a free, community-driven music festival taking place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, throughout Historic Norcross, Georgia, with a backup date of Sunday, May 3, 2026, in case of significant weather delays.

1. Participation & Scheduling

Performers agree to play one set between 30 and 60 minutes, at a time and location assigned by Porchfest organizers.

The official schedule and porch assignments will be communicated in advance of the event.

2. Compensation & Support

All performances are voluntary and unpaid. Performers may accept tips from attendees.

Porchfest will provide sound equipment, power access, water, and snacks at each porch.

3. Setup & Equipment

Porchfest will provide shared sound gear and power. Shade or cover may vary by home and will not be guaranteed.

Performers are responsible for their own instruments and personal belongings.

4. Safety & Liability

Participation is voluntary, and performers assume all risks related to performing at Porchfest, including travel, weather, electrical equipment, and audience interaction.

By participating, performers agree that Porchfest, Inc., participating homeowners, and the City of Norcross are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

5. Weather & Rescheduling

Porchfest will proceed rain or shine, unless severe weather conditions create unsafe circumstances. In that case, the event may be delayed or moved to Sunday, May 3, 2026.

6. Photography & Promotion

Performers grant Porchfest permission to use photos, video, and audio recordings from the event for marketing, promotional, or archival purposes.
