Norcross Porchfest Performer Terms & Conditions

Event Overview

Norcross Porchfest is a free, community-driven music festival operated by Cumberland Coast LLC, doing business as Norcross Porchfest ("Porchfest"). The festival takes place on Saturday, May 1, 2027, throughout Historic Norcross, Georgia, with a backup date of Sunday, May 2, 2027, in case of significant weather delays.

1. Participation & Scheduling

Performers agree to play one set between 30 and 45 minutes, at a time and location assigned by Porchfest organizers. The official schedule and porch assignments will be communicated in advance of the event. Performers agree to arrive for load-in between 11 AM and 12 PM, before streets in the festival area close to vehicles.

2. Compensation & Support

All performances are voluntary and unpaid. Performers may accept tips from attendees. Porchfest will provide power access, water, and snacks at each porch.

3. Setup & Equipment

Each porch host will provide an extension cord and a power strip. Shade or cover varies by home and is not guaranteed. Performers are responsible for their own instruments, equipment, and personal belongings.

4. Safety & Liability

Participation is voluntary, and performers assume all risks related to performing at Porchfest, including travel, weather, electrical equipment, and audience interaction. By participating, performers agree that Cumberland Coast LLC, participating homeowners, and the City of Norcross are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

5. Weather & Rescheduling

Porchfest will proceed rain or shine unless severe weather creates unsafe conditions. In that case, the event may be delayed or moved to Sunday, May 2, 2027.

6. Photography & Promotion

Performers grant Porchfest permission to use photos, video, and audio recordings from the event for marketing, promotional, or archival purposes.
