Norcross Porchfest Home Host Terms & Conditions

Event Overview:

Norcross Porchfest, Inc. (“Porchfest”) is a free, community-driven music festival taking place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, throughout Historic Norcross, Georgia, with a backup date of Sunday, May 3, 2026, in case of significant weather delays.

1. Hosting & Participation

Hosts agree to allow Porchfest to assign a performing artist or band to their home’s porch or yard for one performance during the event.

Hosts cannot select their own band or influence the matching process.

Hosts will provide power access for the performance.

2. Property & Safety

Hosts are not responsible for crowd control, except for any areas of their property they wish to restrict or block off in advance.

Porchfest will coordinate with the City of Norcross for street closures, noise ordinances, and other necessary permissions.

Hosts agree to comply with all Porchfest event rules and city regulations.

3. Insurance & Liability

Hosts confirm they maintain standard homeowner’s insurance coverage.

Participation is voluntary, and hosts assume any risks related to allowing performances at their property.

By participating, hosts agree that Porchfest, Inc. and the City of Norcross are not liable for any personal injury or property damage.

4. Weather & Rescheduling

Porchfest will proceed rain or shine, unless severe weather conditions create unsafe circumstances. In that case, the event may be delayed or moved to Sunday, May 3, 2026.

5. Photography & Promotion

Hosts grant Porchfest permission to use photos and videos of their porch and property taken during the event for promotional purposes.
