By volunteering as a Porch Host for Norcross Porchfest, the homeowner agrees to provide a safe and reasonable space for performers and attendees during the event. This includes supplying access to power via an outdoor outlet, a working extension cord, and a power strip for performers’ basic equipment needs. Homeowners understand that event organizers will assign performers to their porch or yard based on the festival schedule and zone layout. Participation is voluntary and without financial compensation.

Norcross Porchfest maintains a limited event umbrella insurance policy; however, homeowners acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk and agree to waive and release the organizers, volunteers, and sponsors from any claims or liability related to property damage, personal injury, or other incidents arising from the event. By completing the Porch Host form, the homeowner confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
